We have had the privilege to work with many organizations since our inception in 1998. Here is but a sample of our success stories:
TD Waterhouse
TD Waterhouse, the full-service brokerage firm affiliated with TD Canada Trust, was looking to extend the client relationship and management skills of their sales team.
After going through our Question Based Selling™ OnLine sales training 80% of Advisors felt that the quality of their client conversations had improved dramatically as was evidenced by the increases in specific sales measurement success ratios
RBC
RBC was planning to hire over 200 Investment and Retirement Planners in an extremely short period of time and needed a way to get everyone selling in a quick, cost-effective and innovative way.
Algario designed and developed a comprehensive, customized eLearning orientation program through RBC's Learning Network. This program included training on roles, responsibilities, compensation, sales effectiveness and sales routines.
This program was the proud recipient of a CSTD Otter Award for 2001.
Security First Network Bank Now RBC Bank (USA)
As a start-up company, SFNB, North America's first true Internet bank, was experiencing tremendous growth and needed an innovative and cost-effective way to teach new hires about the company's policies and procedures, educate them about the banking industry.
Algario designed, wrote and developed the SFNB Learning Management System, a completely customized, Intranet-based training program for all new employees. SFNB was able to greatly reduce the resources allocated to training new employees and was able to cut training time in half.
CIBC
With 1,400 frontline mortgage employees located across the country, CIBC was investing significant financial resources and travel dollars to train employees.
Algario worked with CIBC to design and develop a technology-enabled training solution that effectively reduced the 12-day classroom training to just 4 days. Full reporting capabilities allowed the management and tracking of all employee training.
Within the first year, this new eLearning program trained 50% more employees than the classroom sessions alone within the same budget.
